Hare Bhare Kebab

Ingredients:
- Spinach – 200 gms
- Beans – 100 gms
- Potato – 200 gms
- Peas – 100 gms
- Bread Crumps – 1 big bowl
- Corn flour – 2 table spoon
- Grated Ginger – 5 gms
- Grated Garlic – 5 gms
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 no.s
- Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tea spoon
- Red Chilli powder – to taste
- Oil
- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
Boil Potato’s, beans, spinach and peas each separately. Grind beans, spinach and peas together after removing water from them and make a paste. Mix boiled potato’s with the grinded paste and add grated ginger and garlic to it. Add bread crumps to the mix. (Bread crumps will help to soak all the water which left out in the mix) Also add corn flour, salt and red chilli powder to the mix and make a dove out of the whole mix.
Make small ball size shaped kebabs out of the dove. Heat Oil in a pan to shallow fry the kebabs. Fry it on a slow steam till it becomes reddish brown.
Garnish the kebabs with coriander leaves or mint leaves.
Serve it hot with Ketchup.
